About us

History

Our firm was established in 1993. The original manufacturing programme involved three types of plates/boards and two types of pedestals for traffic signing. The overall manufacturing programme was directed to processing of plastic wastes of disabled and excluded electric and telephone cables. Nowadays the firm’s annual production is about 11,000 tons. Our products found their application even outside the framework which they had been primarily defined for - i.e. in agriculture (plates) and portable traffic signing (pedestals).

That is why we adopted a development programme that included not only a substantial assortment enlargement, a consequent innovation of products but in our opinion a very important standpoint of environmental attitude.

Present time

These days we manufacture about 30 kinds of boards or plates that are designed for laying and coating in various agricultural areas, industrial plants, in sport stadiums and exhibition premises etc.

In the traffic signing sector we offer an integrated programme starting with pedestals of any kinds, various leading strips, car-stops and cable bridges, cableways, kerbstones up to a complete collection of slowing thresholds and cushions.

We produce and sell about 11.000 tons of products made of recycled PVC every year.

We provide our customers with laying, coating as well as installation of all products in full range. This service involves both any floor coverings (warehouses, stables, winter stadiums etc.) and traffic components, such as slowing thresholds, transferable kerbstones, traffic signs etc. We have introduced that service upon request of our clients and according to their response we may contemplate it has been a pace in the right direction.

We harmonized all Company’s activities step by step with the Standard ISO 9001:2000 and in 2002 we passed the certification process successfully; that achievement has not been understood as a formality however a challenge for the future.

Quality of our products is evidenced by the fact that annually we are granted prestigious awards in all business spheres which we supply our products to. For example important prizes Grand Prix from international exhibitions such as GOLDEN HORSE, ECOCITY, FOR ARCH, FOR WASTE, EURO TRAFFIC etc. are mentioned. Our philosophy became not only to launch a new product on the market but we have been striving for the least environmental burdening by application our up-to-date technology. Therefore all products are manufactured of waste stuff (recycled cable PVC). Those waste materials are processed and prepared for us by the firm RECYKLO spol. s r.o. which is an integral part of REPLAST HOLDING spol. s r. o.

We have expressed our attitudes towards ecology by exploitation of the so called “GREEN ENERGY”, herewith we have provided a contribution by our small portion to remedy of things that were neglected in the past. It should not be forgotten that we bought and restored two small water power plants in recent time which we operate nowadays and thus supply that “GREEN ENERGY” into the local network.

Herewith we have just described ourselves in brief, however our characteristics would not be complete if there was no future vision involved. It is our idea to provide a customer with an integrated collection of products, auxiliary components and additional accessories in such a way that the customer would leave our firm equipped completely and with full satisfaction.
